What locations do you ship to?
At the moment, we deliver to mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands. The delivery fee is £3.00 for UK mainland addresses, and we use Royal Mail for 2-day delivery, ensuring your order arrives on your chosen date!
When will my orders be shipped?
Your cookies will be baked on the same day your cookies will be shipped. After your order departs from Sweet Lust Kitchen, it will take an additional 2 business days to arrive at your door step. You will receive a notification from the courier of when to expect your order to arrive.
Delivery dates are every WEDNESDAYS and SATURDAYS ONLY.
For delivery on Wednesdays, please place your order before Monday 12:00.
For delivery on Saturdays, please place your order before Thursday 12:00.
NOTE: If orders are placed past cut-off time (12:00), your orders will be delivered to you on the next delivery date.
Can you guarantee 2 days delivery?
Once your orders are in the hands of the courier, it will be outside our control. You will receive a notification from the courier of when to expect your order to arrive. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address and contact number are correct and that there will be someone in your chosen address to receive your orders.
Can I change my order?
Although we aim to process orders swiftly, changes are not always possible. If your order has already been printed for shipping and fulfillment, modifications cannot be made.
Can I select my preferred flavours?
We only offer BOX-OF-6 option which includes 1 of each cookie flavour, at the moment. We will try our best to offer Mix & Match option where customers can customise their cookie orders soon. Keep updated by following us in our social media accounts.
Are your cookies safe to eat if I have a Nut allergy?
Please note that our cookies are made in a kitchen which handles wheat, dairy, soya, tree nuts, peanuts, and eggs. While we take steps to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot ensure that it is entirely eliminated. Click the link for Complete List of Allergens.
What’s the best way to store my cookies?
During warmer seasons, we advise you to keep your cookies in the refrigerator. The best before date will be on your package, as well as cookie care instructions inside the box. Click the link for Cookie Care.
1 WEEK:
In an Airtight container
*Place in a cool & dry place, away from direct sunlight.
*2 weeks if kept refrigerated.
1 MONTH:
Individually wrapped and frozen.
I need assistance with my delayed order.
If your order is delayed but is still within the selected delivery date & time frame notified to you by the courier, please be patient and allow time for it to reach you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address and contact number are correct and that there will be someone in your chosen address to receive your orders.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped and is at least 3 days before the selected date of delivery, please email us at sweetlustuk@gmail.com with your complete name, phone number, order number and cancellation request, and our team will assist you. Please let us know as soon as the circumstances change.
Can I modify the shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped and is at least 3 days before the selected date of delivery, please email us at sweetlustuk@gmail.com with your complete name, phone number, order number and new shipping address, and our team will assist you. Please let us know as soon as the circumstances change. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address and contact number are correct and that there will be someone in your chosen address to receive your orders.
What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?
We are dedicated to offering our customers the highest quality and freshest products available. Because our items are perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, we are committed to addressing any legitimate concerns about the quality, damage, or errors with your order.
